Founded in 1976, Midlands Community Foundation is a Nebraska not-for-profit corporation, headquartered in Papillion, Nebraska. The mission of the Foundation is to benefit the needs of a diverse community by providing financial support, involvement and service to Sarpy, Cass and southwest Douglas counties.
Since its inception, Midlands Community Foundation has awarded gifts totaling over one million dollars to many worthy organizations.
